KWH performed tenant improvements and retrofits converting the building into a retail space for Victoria’s Secret. The structure was the former location of Vancouver’s Public Library built in 1957. Work included the installation of a fully fabricated staircase in the center of the building which required intuitive planning due to limited clearances.
