Gitwinksihlkw Bridge

This bridge crosses the Nass River in northern B.C. The north side was inaccessible to heavy equipment therefore KWH launched the 335-foot main span from the south side using a 128-foot temporary nose. The launch distance was shortened by leaning a false bent 50 feet from the north pier and tying it back.
