This new 675,000-square-foot resort and casino was constructed on a congested downtown Vancouver site adjacent to residential high rises and a 60,000 capacity stadium. It included a multi-level casino, meeting rooms, convention hall and 2 hotels with 550 rooms. KWH Constructors erected 1,850 Tons of structural steel for the project.
