AMEX Centurion Lounge Relocation Project

The new America Express Centurion Lounge at SeaTac Airport is located in a new 14,000 square feet space in the Central Terminal, upgrading from the previous 4,500 square feet location. The project was procured using the CM/GC contracting method with KWH acting as a dedicated subcontractor to PCL Construction Services, Inc. KWH completed the erection of the roof and mezzanine steel framing, a featured staircase, and the steel canopy. In compliance with the airport’s noise reduction program, KWH worked overnight shifts to mitigate sound disturbance and efficiently complete the project in a timely manner.
